1. Overview

Nexor Tools respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement that are reported to our designated copyright agent.

2. Our Service

Nexor Tools is a video processing service that allows users to download videos from various platforms and process them. We do not host or store copyrighted content on a permanent basis. Videos are processed temporarily and made available only to the user who initiated the download. We are a service provider and do not control the content our users choose to download.

3. Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that content available through our Service infringes your copyright, please send a written notice containing the following information to our designated agent:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
  3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with sufficient detail to locate it
  4. Your contact information (address, telephone number, and email address)
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

5. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and its prior location
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number
  5. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and that you will accept service of process from the complaining party

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action within 10-14 business days, we may restore the content.

6. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also limit access to the Service and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

7. User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to download and process any content through our Service. Downloading copyrighted content without authorization is illegal and violates our Terms of Service. We encourage users to only download content they own, have licensed, or have permission to use.

8. Good Faith

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability. We reserve the right to seek damages from any party that submits a fraudulent notice.
