• Automatically apply creator credit watermarks to downloaded content
• Remove or mute profanity from video audio using AI-powered detection
• Schedule automated downloads from followed creator profiles

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not download, store, or distribute content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Respect the terms of service of source platforms (YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
• Not use the Service to harass, defame, or harm others
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Provide accurate information when creating your account

4. Content and Copyright

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to download and use any content obtained through our Service. The Service is intended for:

• Personal, non-commercial use
• Content you have created yourself
• Content for which you have obtained proper licensing or permission
• Content that falls under fair use provisions

We do not host or store copyrighted content. Downloaded files are temporarily processed in the cloud and made available for download to the user only.

5. Subscription and Payments

The Service offers both free and paid subscription tiers:

• Free tier users have limited access to features and usage quotas
• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds may be requested within 7 days of initial subscription purchase

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

8. Account Termination
